The Honest Company, Jessica Alba’s consumer goods startup, filed for an initial public offering (IPO) last week as it plans to list $100 million worth of shares on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the symbol HNST.
The filing came after a strong sales year in 2020, generating a total revenue of $300.5 million, with baby diapers and wipes accounting for 63% ($189 million) of the sales.
