In October 2014, Lily Collins stole everyone’s hearts at the premiere of the 2014 romantic comedy-drama film Love, Rosie at the 9th Rome Film Festival. When “Love, Rosie” was released on October 6, 2014, Lily Collins was 25, and Sam Claflin was 28.
The then-25-year-old wore an insanely gorgeous violet ombre dress from the Elie Saab Spring 2014 Couture collection.

Behind the Scenes: An Unplanned Moment
The scene where Rosie (Lily Collins) and Alex (Sam Claflin) are seen lying on Rosie’s bed with baby Katie wasn’t part of the initial plan.
The baby actress was taking a nap on set, and Collins and Claflin were on the bed waiting for her. The director, Christian Ditter, took advantage of the situation and improvised, incorporating the scene into the film.

Accessorizing the Look
To keep the focus on the stunning gown, Lily kept the styling to a minimum and chose very simple Vita Fede jewelry.
She also added a skinny belt to cinch and define her slim waist. The fashionable actress added glam with bold-colored lips and a classic-styled wavy bob.
