The upcoming second season of Ryan Murphy’s FX anthology TV series Feud, Feud: Capote vs. The Swans, stars Chloë Sevigny as the elegant and stylish C. Z. Guest.
C. Z. Guest spent many years as a mainstay on the International Best Dressed List. Similarly, Chloe Sevigny, Manhattan’s 90s It Girl, has established herself as a style icon and was also inducted into the International Best-Dressed Hall of Fame List in 1999 and 2000.
The perfect actress for the role, Chloe Sevigny, showcased her style prowess on Tuesday when she attended the New York City premiere of Feud: Capote vs. The Swans at the Museum of Modern Art.

Chloe Sevigny’s Show-Stopping Bow Gown by Christopher John Rogers
Bows are set to dominate the 2024 fashion scene due to the growing popularity of the coquette aesthetic. And Chloe Sevigny took the trend to new heights with her over-the-top white strapless gown featuring an enormous bow on the front.
She tapped American designer Christopher John Rogers for her evening gown cut from industrial nylon. The stunning Pre-Fall 2024 bubble gown had a strapless bodice, a voluminous bubble ankle-length skirt, and a shapeless silhouette, which Sevigny pulled off effortlessly.
With its distinctive flair and elegance, it was the perfect dress to honor C. Z. Guest, whom Capote called “a cool vanilla lady.”
Based in Brooklyn, 24-year-old Christopher John Rogers founded his eponymous brand in 2016, but it wasn’t until the fall of 2018 that he released his debut collection. A year later, in 2019, he took home the grand prize at the 16th CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, and in 2020, the CFDA honored him with the first American Emerging Designer of the Year award.

Unconventional Style: Sevigny’s Red Carpet Fashion Choices
Sevigny’s red carpet outfit showcased her unique and unconventional fashion sense. With the assistance of stylist Haley Wollens, Chloe infused her look with her distinctive style by donning edgy black finger gloves.
She demonstrated that less is more by choosing not to wear any jewelry. A pair of black pumps with pointy toes and red soles, most likely from Christian Louboutin, rounded out her premiere look.
Sevigny opted for natural makeup, highlighting her blue eyes solely with mascara, adding a hint of blush, and applying a pink lip stain to maintain her edgy appearance.
