Kendall Jenner touched down with bad acne at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Friday after spending several days in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, and Chanel Iman.

“While there are much bigger problems happening in the world, suffering from acne for me was debilitating,” Jenner wrote about her pimples on Instagram in 2019.
“It’s something that I’ve dealt with since I was a young teen and has caused me to feel anxious, helpless, and insecure. As humans, I don’t think we share our insecurities enough because we live in a time where being ‘perfect’ is the standard. We curate our life online and pick the pretty moments to post,” she added about her struggle with acne.
The 19-year-old supermodel wore a gray T-shirt, black leggings, a bomber jacket from the cheap Swedish clothing store H&M, and black lace-up quilted leather combat boots from Chanel. She carried a $2,250 leather Pandora shoulder bag from Givenchy.

Bare-faced or not, Kim’s younger half-sister still commanded attention. Kendall seems to be a style chameleon. She can go from street-edgy one moment and glamorous the next – so different from her sisters’ usual tight-fitting pencil skirt formula.
Would you have worn this outfit on a 16-hour flight from Dubai? Unfortunately, Kendall’s Chanel combat boots have sold out online.

Behind the Glamour: Kendall Jenner’s Acne Battle
In a Vogue video, supermodel Kendall Jenner opened up about her long struggle with acne and how she finally achieved a clear complexion. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s interest in skincare stemmed from her own battle with acne, which began at age 14. Despite finding the right products, Kendall continued to experience breakouts and questioned if hormones, diet, or allergies were to blame.
Ultimately, she decided to cut out dairy—though not entirely, as she loves cheese. This dietary change, along with drinking plenty of water, significantly improved her skin. Reflecting on her journey, Kendall noted the challenges of growing up in the spotlight, including her less-than-perfect beauty moments.
Kendall Jenner Couldn’t Leave the House Because of Her Acne
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star struggled with the skin condition when she was growing up and admits there was a stage where she couldn’t leave the house.
She wrote on Instagram: “When my acne was at its worst, I was a high schooler who didn’t want to leave the house. Now I’m content with my skin.”

Kendall used to struggle with low self-esteem as a result of having bad skin for many years.
She said: “I had such bad acne when I was younger; I remember it SO well! Where it really impacted me was how self-conscious I became about it. It completely ruined my self-esteem. I wouldn’t even look at people when I talked to them. I felt like such an outcast; when I spoke, it was with my hand covering my face. Sure, I had crushes in high school, but I wouldn’t even think about looking at guys.”

The brunette beauty eventually sought help from her “incredible dermatologist,” who has helped her be “acne-free for about three years now.”
She revealed: “I had such bad acne when I was younger; I remember it SO well! I started having skin issues around the 8th or 9th grade. I think I just got acne from being a teenager and simply growing up, which happens to SO many people. But, where it really impacted me was how self-conscious I became about it. It completely ruined my self-esteem. I wouldn’t even look at people when I talked to them. I felt like such an outcast; when I spoke, it was with my hand covering my face.”
