Lily Collins shared that while filming Emily in Paris, the constant wearing of heels on the city’s cobblestone streets led her to visit a podiatrist weekly.
She revealed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that she had custom insoles made for her shoes and joked that a spin-off called “Emily in Flats” would be easier on her feet.
“I actually went to a podiatrist every week to fix my feet because I was wearing heels all the time,” Collins explained. “I had to have, like, insoles made for every pair of shoes,” she added. “I’m not kidding, I felt pretty ancient.”

Lily wore a comfortable top and pants travel set by B Collection by Bobeau, which cost $68 and $70, respectively. Her Aldo “Kalika” shoes, which we’ve seen her wear several times since their release a few collections ago, cost $117.
The only pieces we couldn’t quite account for were her square sunglasses, leather jacket, and Burberry nylon backpack, retailing at $1,350. But we still give Lily props for making budget items look luxe.
