Regé appeared as an uncredited extra in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1. He portrayed Leonard Knox in For the People on ABC from 2018 to 2019, although he is most remembered for playing Simon Basset, Duke of Hastings, in the first season of Netflix period drama Bridgerton.
The actor is in a relationship with Emily Brown, a copywriter and soccer player. In September 2021, the couple made their first public outing together after being first linked in 2019.
