Paris Hilton had an unforgettable 40th birthday in February after her boyfriend Carter Reum proposed to her while they were celebrating on a private island. A few years ago, she decided to freeze her eggs and named Kardashian as her inspiration.
After saying “yes,” the hotel heiress took to Instagram to announce the news. They were reportedly introduced by a mutual friend more than a decade ago but did not start dating until they reconnected at a holiday event in December 2019.
Paris told People in February 2021, “We just had this incredible chemistry. We had our first date and haven’t spent a night apart since. It’s pretty amazing.”
The millennial icon added, “This is the first time I’ve actually been forced not to travel and stay home. The silver lining is that I get to be with my pets and my boyfriend. We have gotten so close. The amount of time we’ve had together is what would normally take five years!”
Sharing a series of photos from the engagement, Paris couldn’t contain her excitement and captioned one of her posts: “My fairytale dream came true! I love my future husband so much! Best birthday surprise ever!! So excited to be your wife!”

Wearing a white Ermenegildo Zegna suit, Carter proposed to Paris with an emerald-cut diamond ring designed by iconic jeweler Louis Cartier’s great-great-grandson Jean Dousset. It is reportedly worth $2 million.
Standing in front of Carter, Paris looked beautiful in her Loschy Ariel The Little Mermaid crown and white sequined Retrofete Margarita dress with a hip-high slit.
Three months later, the Supernatural actress was still in a celebratory mood and shared more photos from the special day.
“Tell us you’re excited to be engaged without telling us you’re excited to be engaged… #ThatsHot #DiamondGoals,” she wrote along with a photo of her giving Carter a peck on the cheek while holding a huge diamond ring balloon.

That evening, the lovebirds were spotted on a date night at Craig’s in West Hollywood.
Not one to shy away from the cameras, Paris posed for photos in her navy tiered silk maxi dress from Tanya Taylor. It’s covered in floral jacquard prints and has ruffled shoulders, a plunging V-neckline, a shapely gathered waist, and a drapey ruffled skirt with a front slit.

For her beauty look, Nicky Hilton’s older sister swept her short blonde hair to one side and wore pink lipstick with matching blush.
She kept her jewelry to a minimum, wearing just a pair of large diamond stud earrings and her engagement ring.
Hiding her brown eyes behind her Valentino black sunglasses, Paris added a touch of goth to her elegant look with a Philipp Plein Rich Skull shoulder bag. This sold-out purse features a sparkly skull logo set on a crystal-embellished flap.

Continuing with the punk element of her outfit, Paris slipped into a pair of Valentino Garavani Rockstud pumps.
