“Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.” – Coco Chanel.
Nowhere was this more evident than at the Chanel show at Paris Fashion Week, where the biggest “It” models of the moment embodied fashion in all its forms. While Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, and Kendall Jenner graced the runway, Cara Delevingne made a statement from the front row, proving that true style transcends the catwalk.

Cara Delevingne’s Tomboy Take on Chanel
Cara didn’t walk the runway but embodied Chanel’s ethos in her own way, proving that “In order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different.” She arrived at the show putting her signature tomboy twist on a classic Chanel button-down cardigan.
She paired the cropped knit piece with loose-fitting white trousers and made sure to expose the red garter waistband of her Supreme boxer briefs.
The “Suicide Squad” star accessorized with round-frame sunglasses, a gold Chanel choker, and black suede boots that were badly scuffed on the toes. Cara’s freshly shorn and newly dyed platinum blond bob completed her look.

Gigi Hadid’s Effortless Street Style
Gigi Hadid also embraced casual-cool luxury, proving that “Luxury must be comfortable, otherwise it is not luxury.” She styled a black Karl Lagerfeld graphic t-shirt, leggings, and Dr. Martens “Coralia” velcro-strap combat boots.
The 21-year-old model’s ensemble would’ve been a simple model-off-duty look if it weren’t for the oversized, frayed-edge denim jacket she wore in the trendy, down-the-shoulders way.
Gigi kept the jacket from completely falling off with a black-and-white striped belt. She shaded her peepers from the camera flashes with Karen Walker’s “Babou” cat-eye sunglasses.

Bella Hadid’s Chic and Sophisticated Ensemble
Bella Hadid took a more refined approach than her sister, proving that “Some people think luxury is the opposite of poverty. It is not. It is the opposite of vulgarity.” She opted for a Baja East spring 2017 gray pinstripe thigh-split dress and a matching coat.
The American model accessorized with yellow-tinted sunglasses, a Dior “Diorama” studded lambskin bag, and silver chain necklaces from her collaboration collection with Chrome Hearts. The 19-year-old model rounded out her look with a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti gray-suede platform knee-high boots. Oddly enough, Bella did not wear any Chanel at all.

Kendall Jenner’s Elevated Earth-Tone Look
Last but not the least was Kendall Jenner, who joined BFF Bella in choosing a more dressed-up look. Starting with a brown Supreme logo t-shirt, Kendall continued with the earth tones on her round-frame sunglasses, a fur jacket, and wide-leg, pleat-front pants that cinched her impossibly tiny waist.
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” reality star toted her things in a Gucci “Marmont Camera” mini quilted shoulder bag and slipped her tootsies into beige-and-black Chanel kitten-heel cap-toe mules.

Style Showdown: Tomboy Streetwear vs. Elegant Glam
Chanel once said, “Fashion fades, only style remains the same.” Which do you prefer more: Cara and Gigi’s tomboy streetwear looks or Bella and Kendall’s put-together ensembles? Are you team effortless street chic or sophisticated glamour?

Chanel’s Timeless Footwear: From Runway to Real Life
Chanel’s 2025 Paris Fashion Week showcase wasn’t just about couture—it also spotlighted statement footwear that blended classic elegance with modern edge.
Jennie Kim of BLACKPINK made waves in two-tone platform pumps, a bold reimagination of Chanel’s iconic shoe designs. This contemporary aesthetic extended beyond the runway, as seen at the Chanel Tribeca Luncheon, where stars like Katie Holmes and Kathryn Newton embraced the trend by pairing baggy jeans with sophisticated pumps—a testament to Chanel’s enduring influence on high-low dressing.
