Chrissy Teigen took to her Instagram Story this past weekend to reveal the results of the buccal fat procedure she underwent to remove fat from her cheeks.
“I did that Dr. Diamond buccal fat removal thing here,” she shared while pointing at her right cheek. “And since I quit drinking, I’m really seeing the results and I like it. Yeah, I did it, what?”

The procedure was done by Beverly Hills facial plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgery, “The goal of buccal fat removal is to thin the cheeks, specifically in the area of the cheek hollows.”

Chrissy Teigen Celebrates Sobriety and Fitness
“Today is my 50-day sobriety streak! it should be nearly a year but I had a few (wine) hiccups in the road. this is my longest streak yet!” Chrissy wrote on Instagram earlier this month about staying 50 days sober.
“I still dunno if I’ll never drink again but I do know it no longer serves me in ANY way. I don’t get more fun, I don’t dance, I don’t get relaxed,” she added.
“I get sick, fall asleep and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night. I had my fun with it and appreciate anyone that can enjoy it responsibly!!!! this is also my third day this week working out which is unheard of for me, and my bears are notttt making it easy but loving @movewithnicole on YouTube!!”
