Check out the newly released trailer for the highly anticipated sequel, Dune: Part Two, directed by Denis Villeneuve.
Based on the best-selling novel you can buy on Amazon, the film is set to hit theaters on November 3 and features the return of Timothee Chalamet and Zendaya as they reprise their roles from the first installment.
The plot follows the epic journey of Paul Atreides (Chalamet) as he teams up with Chani (Zendaya) and the Fremen to seek revenge against those who destroyed his family.
As he faces a difficult choice between the love of his life and the fate of the universe, he must use his unique abilities to prevent a terrible future that only he can foresee.

Florence Pugh, who acted alongside Timothée Chalamet in Little Women (2019), and Austin Butler have joined the cast for the second installment. In addition to the new faces, the teaser also features some familiar names, including Javier Bardem, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, and Dave Bautista, who will all be reprising their roles in the upcoming film.
The highly-anticipated sequel was officially greenlit on October 26th, 2021, just four days after the US release of Dune: Part One. The movie’s success at the box office was a major factor in the decision to greenlight the sequel, as Part One debuted at the top of the US box office on its opening weekend.
This was a career-best performance for director Denis Villeneuve and the top-performing opener of 2021 for Warner Bros. It’s clear that the epic story and talented cast have captivated audiences, and we can’t wait to see what the sequel has in store.
