She’s back on the red carpet! Following her futuristic, otherworldly approach to method dressing on the Dune: Part Two press tour last month, Zendaya returns to the red carpet to promote her upcoming romantic sports drama film, Challengers.
While embarking on the promotional tour for her new movie in Paris on Saturday, Zendaya eschewed the space-age looks that we’ve grown to love in favor of sleek and elegant Louis Vuitton ensembles, particularly in green and white color scheme as an homage to tennis.
She wore not one, not two, but three gorgeous outfits, all expertly selected by her trusted stylist, Law Roach. After seeing her latest looks, I am excited to see what she’ll wear on her next press tour! And considering the film won’t be released until April 26, we’ll see a lot more from the Gen Z fashion icon!
Zendaya Does Method Dressing in ‘60s Mod-Style Green and White Checkered Dress
There’s no style Zendaya can’t pull off. For her first look of the day, she aced 1960s mod dressing in a green-and-white Damier checkerboard mini shirtdress pulled from Louis Vuitton’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection designed by Marc Jacobs.
A modern interpretation of the grace and elegance of a vintage American housewife, Zendaya’s mod shirt dress features a structured silhouette with long sleeves, padded shoulders, a pointed collar, and tonal front buttons.
It has an A-line shift dress style, which I think is incredibly stylish. I love how it highlights Zendaya’s long, slender legs with its straight hem hanging just below her hips.

The talented Law Roach kept the mod concept going by teaming Zendaya’s dress with classic white leather pumps. These pumps updated the retro mod look, with pointed toes and about 4-inch slim heels.
In addition to the white pumps, I think the white bow-decorated headband was also a great accent, as it brought out the 1960s vibe of the ensemble.
I doubt you haven’t noticed, but Zendaya just debuted a new sepia-blonde hair color, which I’m not too fond of. The color doesn’t suit her and only makes her look older.
She still looked amazing anyway, especially with her newly dyed hair fashioned into a chic bun with retro side-swept bangs.

I like how Zendaya pared down the sparkles to let her 1960s outfit take center stage. As a Bulgari ambassador, she wore jewelry from the Italian luxury fashion house.
The $8,250 B.Zero1 earrings, made of 18k yellow gold with 0.27ct pave and spiral diamonds, decorated her ears. A matching $11,000 B.Zero1 ring and a $2,720 Bulgari Cabochon 18k yellow gold ring completed her accessories.
Zendaya opted for natural bronzed makeup, with soft smokey eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara highlighting her alluring eyes. Nude blush and lipstick completed her glam.

Zendaya Brings Modern Spin to Archival Green Louis Vuitton Co-ord Set
I’ve always admired Zendaya’s ability to make anything look chic and modern. Take, for example, her second look for the day.
Just hours after the photocall, Zendaya graced the press conference for Challengers clad in another tennis green outfit. This time, Roach dug a pajama-style set from Marc Jacob’s Spring 1999 collection for Louis Vuitton.
The silk chartreuse ensemble consisted of low-waist, straight-leg trousers and a coordinating button-down shirt with chest pockets and tonal buttons.

Giving the archival outfit a contemporary spin, Zendaya left the buttons unfastened, securing just the middle button to keep her modesty and show a glimpse of her flat abs.
Boosting her impressive 5’10” frame, Zendaya teamed the pajama co-ords with metallic silver stiletto pumps featuring a strappy upper, platforms, and towering heels. I’m not sure where she got her shoes; they could be another Louis Vuitton pair, but definitely not Christian Louboutin.
While I appreciate the outfit’s carefree, stylish design, Zendaya’s boldness and attitude stood out! Her stance and how she struck poses for photographers with one hand on her pants’ tiny pocket captivated me.

She carried her necessities in the Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis Spring Street bag, originally designed by Marc Jacobs in 1999. It has a structured silhouette crafted from patent cowhide leather with gold-tone hardware.
Zendaya accessorized with the same Bulgari jewels from earlier in her look, finishing off with a blown-out side-parted lob with bouncy curled ends and brighter makeup to match her ensemble. She applied blush, bronzed eyeshadow, and a swipe of peachy lip gloss.

Zendaya’s Bridal Take on Tennis Whites
Zendaya is starring in a tennis-themed movie, so wearing tennis whites to the film’s Paris premiere makes sense. It’s not your typical tennis whites—Zendaya showcased her unique take on the theme by wearing a custom bridal white Louis Vuitton gown instead.
Many of you will probably hate me for this, but I admit I wasn’t impressed by her gown. Its ill-fitting leather-bustier bodice did nothing to accentuate her slim frame, and the sweetheart neckline didn’t suit her figure either.
She looked rather shapeless, and the thick leather crisscross belt placed just below her waist didn’t help.

The one element of her bespoke LV gown that appealed to me was the ethereal, semi-sheer chiffon skirt with ruffled ends and a dramatic sweeping train. Everything else was just… meh.
Accessories-wise, I must say, they’re perfect for the gown. Law Roach secured a chunky Bulgari diamond necklace around Zendaya’s neck, fastened a pair of diamond stud earrings to her ears, and adorned her pink-manicured hands with the Bulgari Wild Pop ring and the Magnifica ring.
Zendaya styled her blonde tresses in gorgeous Old Hollywood waves with extensions cascading down her back.
She was glowing with her bronzed makeup, highlighting her eyes with heavy bronze eyeshadow and mascara and finishing the look with nude lipstick.
