It was a showdown between Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds at the weekend box office! Reynolds’ Deadpool & Wolverine brought in $54 million on its third weekend at the box office, solidifying its reign. On the other hand, Lively’s It Ends with Us came in second with an impressive $50 million in domestic revenue on its first weekend of release, surpassing all expectations.

As It Ends with Us takes the world by storm, Blake Lively continues her winning floral style streak, bringing her designer flowery ensembles and heels to London for the movie’s international promotional run.

Regal in Tamara Ralph Floral Gown and Christian Louboutin Pumps

Blake Lively saved the best for last for the London premiere of It Ends with Us. Yup, I said what I said. Though I appreciate the Britney Spears dress she wore to the NYC premiere, I think her London premiere outfit is the best she wore on the film’s promotional tour.

The dress, a crystal mesh intarsia Tamara Ralph Fall 2024 gown, is stunning and goes above and beyond my expectations. It’s covered in sparkling crystals and has delicate 3D adornments of crystal mesh petals, crystal orchids, and crystal cherry blossoms, lending glitter to the classic column silhouette.

It is fitted around the bodice with a daring deep v-neckline that ends at her sternum and a skirt that falls freely to the floor, highlighting Lively’s elegant style.

ICYDK, Lively missed the Met Gala this year. It was disappointing, I know. But I could envision her attending the event in this Tamara Ralph dress, given that it complemented this year’s theme, The Garden of Time.

Some may find the bright red ostrich feather overcoat overly extravagant, but I like how it was draped over her arms. It elevated the look and gave her a dramatic, regal appearance that is very Blake Lively.

Since the outfit is already so spectacular, I probably wouldn’t accessorize it as much, but The Shallows actress opted to add some more shine with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. She wore a pair of pink gemstone drop earrings, pink and white diamond bracelets, and an array of rings.

Adding a touch of Old Hollywood glitz to the look, Blake wore vibrant red lipstick with matching rosy blush and mascara and fashioned her long tresses in side-parted waves with one side cascading over her chest.

I approve of her choice of shoes—a pair of the iconic Christian Louboutin Follies Strass pumps. They are made of mesh and are dotted with tiny crystals, complementing her dress. They also have a glittery rear and heel, boosting Lively’s height by three inches.

The Follies Strass is one of Christian Louboutin’s most iconic red-bottom bridal shoes, and they’ve been spotted on Jennifer Lopez, Hailee Steinfeld, and Alessandra Ambrosio.

Daring but Chic in Stella McCartney Floral Suit and Aquazzura Heels

Blake attended a photocall for It Ends with Us earlier in the day at IET London Savoy Place. She donned a suit and embraced the shirtless blazer trend, exactly as I had predicted.

Lively wore an ivory Stella McCartney Resort 2025 co-ord suit, which wonderfully complemented her naturally tan, glowing complexion.

She was shirtless and braless underneath the $3,700 oversized, boxy double-breasted blazer made of stretch wool with white and green floral embroideries. Of course, it must be floral! It’s finished with peak lapels, a slit chest pocket, and envelop side pockets.

The bottom part of her ensemble was the matching $1,775 wide-leg pants, which had a drop waist, a relaxed fit, side pockets, and floral accents.

She accessorized whimsically with Lorraine Schwartz statement rings and large drop earrings that went well with the ensemble’s botanical motif.

Glam-wise, Blake swept her long tresses back, styled them in beach waves, and wore minimal makeup, with mascara to highlight her blue eyes, pink lipstick, and pink blush.

In keeping with the theme, Lively finished her look with green embellished sandals by Aquazzura. She donned the celebrity-favorite “Tequila” sandals, which have shimmering crystal embellishments covering the entire length of the slim straps.

These killer heels, which have an open-toe design, an adjustable zip closure at the back, and 4-inch stiletto heels, are a stunning addition to any ensemble.

Blake Lively Reveals Feud with It Ends with Us Co-star and Director Justin Baldoni

Rumors of a conflict between Blake Lively and her It Ends with Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni have surfaced amid the movie’s popularity.

During the movie’s promotional run, fans saw Lively and Baldoni’s lack of interaction. In a recent interview with Radio Hits UK, Lively revealed their creative differences during the movie’s postproduction.

“They begged me to take that song out of the movie,” Blake said of Lana Del Rey’s 2017 song Cherry. “I’m not supposed to be talking about this,” she added.

When asked “why,” she rolled her eyes and said, “They felt like [the song] was too charged and heavy for the scene.”

“Things are still good with Ryle at that point, so you don’t want to feel that charge,” she explained of her character Lily Bloom’s love interest in the movie.

“The moment Atlas [Lily’s first love] enters, things are charged and heavy. Like, there’s conflict, there’s pain, there’s turmoil, there’s tension.”

She continued, “You’re like, ‘Oh my god, my soulmate, the one that got away in my life, this person who’s haunting me and everything I do and everywhere I go is here now, and we still have that connection.’”

“You can be deeply in love with [one] person, but this [other] person comes in and … your insides are gonna be a mess. So that’s why [I wanted the song].”

Blake was determined to keep the song, which references the concept of real love.
