Were you able to catch the Oscars? Even after the statues have been awarded, everyone still can’t stop talking about them.
By the way, big congrats to Jennifer Lawrence for winning Best Actress. And hats off to Anne Hathaway (who couldn’t stop smiling after she won) for bagging the Best Supporting Actress award.
As for the most memorable red carpet looks and designer shoes, we really didn’t have a hard time pinpointing those. It’s sad to say that this year’s show was a little underwhelming.
While we noted that pale hues and glittery frocks ruled the night, we also noticed that some famous regulars were missing at the high-profile event—Brad, Angelina, Cameron Diaz, et al. Nonetheless, watching the celebrities walk the red carpet in their snazzy outfits was still entertaining.
Of the ladies who dressed to the nines, the six below stood out for us. These “Best of the Best Dressed” women got it right from head to toe, which is why they’re here today. Tell us, do you agree with our choices?
1. Jessica Chastain in Armani Prive

One of the standouts yesterday was Jessica Chastain. The red-haired beauty channeled old Hollywood and looked extremely stunning while doing so.
She chose a glittery beaded number in the most amazing salmon color and paired it with ruby red lips and shiny wavy locks.
With her uber creamy white skin, Jessica was simply a vision you cannot forget in her Armani Prive gown.

2. Jennifer Lawrence in Dior Haute Couture

While some didn’t like the all-too-bridal-white Dior Haute Couture gown Jennifer Lawrance wore to the Oscars, that didn’t change the fact that the blond beauty was 100% stunning in her textured floor-grazing frock.

Diamond earrings and a jeweled clutch finished her look and kept it classy.

3. Naomi Watts in Armani Prive
Oscar nominee Naomi Watts was simply amazing in her glittery Armani Prive gown yesterday.

The dress was pewter, dazzling, and featured an ultra-sexy asymmetric neckline that was just completely swoon-worthy.
A loose updo and Neil Lane jewelry finished her look. Simply put, Naomi was a magnificent 10 at the Oscars.

4. Stacy Keibler in Naeem Khan

She wasn’t up for any awards that night. In fact, she was simply there as George Clooney’s arm candy.

But Stacy Keibler could very well have been an Oscar winner, thanks to the drop-dead-gorgeous ultra beaded Naeem Khan gown she wore. It was the kind of dress you just couldn’t look away from.

Of the slew of celebs who walked the red carpet at the Oscars, it was Amy Adams who earned the perfect grade for dramatic flair.

6. Catherine Zeta-Jones in Zuhair Murad
We were initially going to keep the selection to just five, but we simply had to feature the dress Catherine Zeta-Jones wore to the Oscars.

It was an exquisite number by Zuhair Murad that was very glam, very gold, and very beautiful. She capped it off with large statement earrings for an even more dramatic look.
