Kristen Bell has been busy making rounds at press circuits to promote her new children’s book, The World Needs More Purple Schools, co-authored by Benjamin Hart.
It is a follow-up to her #1 New York Times Bestseller, The World Needs More Purple People, released in 2020.
Last week, the Veronica Mars star made an appearance on Good Morning America to talk about her new release, available on Amazon for $17.99.

“It’s such a big part of my heart,” she said of her new book. “We basically took our purple principles from the first book and applied them to a place where people come together to grow and learn and share and make better ideas and learn about each other, which is the school.”
“It’s really a love letter to and for educators because we’ve all had those educators in our lives that have changed the trajectory of who we are,” she added.

She also shared how they celebrated her husband, Dax Shepard, for Father’s Day, revealing they actually “blew” the celebration as she was out of town on Father’s Day and Shepard also wasn’t around on Mother’s Day.
Bell, however, marked the occasion with her two daughters, Lincoln and Delta, by brightening up their “dingy” garage, which serves as her husband’s workout space.
“My girls and I took spray paint and acrylic markers, and we decorated the whole inside with love notes and pictures of our family and kind graffitied his space.”

The Good Place actress made a splash in the studio as she opted for a fun, multicolored gingham-patterned co-ord by Stine Goya, a Copenhagen-based brand known for its playful, colorful prints and feminine silhouettes.
Kristen wore the $270 “Liw” top from the Pre-Fall 2022 collection, featuring a picnic check pattern with a high-low peplum hem and dramatic short puff sleeves.
She paired it with the matching $270 “Debra” pants that have a slightly flared silhouette, pleats, and an elastic waist.

Continuing with the brilliant rainbow theme of her look, the sloth lover slipped her feet into a pair of orange pumps from By Far and Mimi Cuttrell’s collaboration.
She wore the classic slingback pumps, made in Portugal from smooth Italian calfskin leather. They feature a refined strap, pointed toe, and a custom 3.7-inch curved heel.

Adding more colors to her already bright ensemble, the Frozen voice actor carried a $515 By Far “Mini Soho” circular bag in super green croco embossed leather and wore a pair of tinted, yellow-framed sunglasses.
A pair of thick gold hoop earrings, two delicate bracelets, and some gold rings elevated her look further.
Beauty-wise, she simply wore her blonde hair straight with a middle parting and added a swipe of pink lipstick to match her nails.
