The powerhouse cast of “The Beguiled” made a lasting impression during this year’s Cannes Film Festival. Sofia Coppola’s remake of Clint Eastwood’s 1971 film stars Hollywood heavyweights Nicole Kidman, Kirsten Dunst, Elle Fanning and Colin Farrell. The ladies, in particular, pulled out all the stops for the film’s photo call and premiere.
Kirsten, Elle and Nicole donned romantic looks as they posed for photographs by the French Riviera. They switched it up during the premiere and stepped out in stunning gowns that exuded understated glamour.

1. Elle Fanning
The 19-year-old actress attended the photo call in head-to-toe Alexander McQueen. Her white Pre-Fall 2017 dress featured bishop sleeves, a ruched bodice with tie details and a pleated skirt. She also kept the look youthful with a braided hairstyle and black platform shoes from Alexander McQueen.

Elle’s premiere look consisted of a lavender Rodarte gown and matching hand-dyed Christian Louboutin shoes. The Degas-inspired strapless gown featured a sweetheart neckline, a fitted bodice and a layered tulle skirt. She punctuated her look with stunning Chanel jewels and a chic updo styled with a black velvet ribbon.
This bespoke number also marked the end of Elle’s stylish streak during this year’s Cannes Film Festival. Her style has definitely improved, and we can’t wait to see more breathtaking looks from her in the future.

2. Kirsten Dunst
Meanwhile, Kirsten embraced modern romanticism in a white broderie-anglaise cotton dress from Loewe. This Spring 2017 number featured three-quarter sleeves, eyelets and sheer panels. She capped off her look with tousled waves, soft pink lips and black Gucci ankle-strap sandals.

As for her premiere look, Kirsten donned a beautiful blue gown from Schiaparelli’s Fall 2015 couture collection. It featured a plunging neckline, a wide waistband with an embroidered chain detail and a floor-length skirt. She styled it with a loose updo, bold red lips and stunning pieces from Chopard High Jewelry Collection.

3. Nicole Kidman
Nicole exuded sensual elegance in a romantic yet sultry Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2017 dress, which featured a crisscross neckline, a fitted bodice with a flirty sheer panel, a pleated skirt and beaded embellishments. She also styled it with a grommet belt to add sexy edge to her look. Pink lips and black ankle-strap pumps from Christian Louboutin provided the finishing touches to her ensemble.

The 49-year-old actress looked every bit the movie star in a Michael Kors Collection gown, which featured beaded embellishments and a whole lot of fringe, which added sparkle and movement to her look. Her sleeveless gown also had a slender silhouette, which highlighted Nicole’s lithe frame. Nicole styled the frock with a low ponytail, deep burgundy lips and shimmery eye makeup. In addition, she finished off her look with stunning jewels from Lydia Courteille and silver Gianvito Rossi “Portofino” sandals.
