Anne Hathaway was spotted looking pretty cute in a red tartan plaid scarf while heading to the Empire Cinema in London with hubby Adam Shulman and the rest of the cast of Les Miserables.

The pixie-haired actress was all “nerdy writer” chic in her scarf, dark-rimmed glasses, black coat, and booties.

The look she portrayed was certainly not your typical…but somehow, she made it work.
Not many girls can pull off short hair like that. And there definitely aren’t many women who can pull off the dark glasses, cropped hair, and traditional (old school Christmas-themed) plaid scarf combination.
Do you think you can sport her look and get away with it?

If you find Anne’s London Street style incredible to copy, do it without breaking the bank by grabbing the key pieces below. Start with the perfect tartan plaid scarf.
A good recommendation would be the $10 scarf we found on Amazon. The $98 alternative from Tulle Clothing will be a great option if you don’t have a neat coat.
And don’t forget to put on your dark-framed glasses and tie your hair into a bun (if you can’t bring yourself to get a haircut):
