A few weeks later, 51-year-old Anna Dello Russo, Vogue Nippon editor-at-large and creative consultant, was seen wearing the same gown at the Vogue Festival 2013 in London.

Both wore the gown with ankle-strap pointed-toe pumps and wide-brimmed hats. Anna, though, chose to wear fishnets as well.
