The Early Days of Angie Harmon’s Career
Angie Harmon has been in the entertainment business since the late ‘80s.
Tall, slender, and brunette, the model and actress won the Seventeen magazine modeling contest in 1987 when she was just 15 years old, and she went on to pose for magazines such as Cosmopolitan and Esquire.

Harmon’s breakout role in acting, which gained her widespread notoriety, was as Ryan McBride on Baywatch Nights.
Some of her other roles have been in projects such as Agent Cody Banks, Law & Order, Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, and Seraphim Falls.

In Angie Harmon‘s case, sharing a last name with another actor is simply a coincidence.

People often speculate about a familial connection between Angie Harmon and Mark Harmon due to their shared last name. However, despite this common surname, they are not related by blood. Interestingly, they do share a unique, non-familial connection.
Angie was married to NFL retiree Jason Sehorn, and Mark is a UCLA Bruins football team alum who, as the starting quarterback, led the team to win the championship in 1972. Aside from that bizarre connection, Angie Harmon and Mark Harmon are unrelated.

Since Angie is not related to Mark, she’s also not related to his father, Thomas Dudley Harmon, an American football player, military pilot, actor, and sports broadcaster.
Angie Harmon’s Bold Stance in 2019: Facing the Backlash
Celebrities are known for sharing their opinions, and with the nature of social media, those opinions today are sure to be scrutinized no matter how harmless they seem.
Back in 2019, Angie Harmon took to her Instagram account to share one such opinion by sporting a T-shirt that read “Feminism is for everybody.” This statement was not met with enthusiasm by all of her followers.
The actress and model went on record in 2013, calling herself a “liberal Republican” and publicly supported George W. Bush in the 2004 presidential election.

Given her political history, ultra-conservative fans and Trump supporters expected her to have ultra-conservative opinions and were quick to comment on her Instagram post that she had changed positions and had “gone to the dark side.”
Harmon defended herself in the comments and weathered the storm, and today, she has nearly half a million followers on the platform.
Angie Harmon’s Current Endeavors and Projects
Social media makes it easy for celebrities to get canceled and lose their careers, but fortunately for Angie Harmon, her little blip didn’t derail her.
The actress is still working, and in 2022 had a new movie premiere called Buried in Barstow, originally aired on Lifetime.
Harmon is also slated to star in the upcoming movie Arcas, though the film is still in development, so not much is known about the project.

I bet you noticed her silver clutch more than the rest of her outfit. We’ve already seen models Alessandra Ambrosio and Miranda Kerr carrying the same clutch in gold.
The bag is striking in metallic silver python and features tonal spikes in various sizes on both sides. A flap top with snap closure opens to a red lining with an open pocket. It’s a statement piece, just like most of Christian Louboutin’s heels.
