Amal Clooney hit the red carpet as one of the hosts of the 2018 Met Gala held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday in New York City. She was joined by her husband, George Clooney and co-host Rihanna. This year’s Costume Institute Gala Benefit celebrates the opening of the Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination exhibition, which opens on May 10.
The 40-year-old Lebanese-British barrister stunned in a strapless Richard Quinn foiled bustier with navy cigarette pants and a floral-print train. The London born designer was recently awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design. She rounded off her outfit with pointy-toe Christian Louboutin red bottom pumps and silver statement earrings by Lorraine Schwartz.
