On Tuesday evening, June 11, excitement soared as the cast of the forthcoming film, The Bikeriders, arrived in London.

Jodie Comer and her co-stars Austin Butler and Tom Hardy graced the red (or rather purple) carpet at a gala screening and premiere of their new movie at the Curzon Mayfair in London, England.

Co-star Boyd Holbrook, writer and director Jeff Nichols, and executive producer Yariv Milchan also attended the event.

Turns Heads in Burgundy Vivienne Westwood Dress

During the occasion, 31-year-old English actress Jodie Comer stole the show in a stunning, custom-made Vivienne Westwood gown.

This look is a total knockout. It perfectly balances elegance with a touch of allure, making it the perfect choice for the event. I love the luxurious feel of the silk satin fabric. It draped beautifully and made her look incredibly glamorous – like a million bucks!

The corseted bodice is a fantastic detail, as it showcases her figure in a flattering way. For me, the plunging neckline with a hint of cleavage added a touch of sexiness, while the off-the-shoulder design offered a stylish counterpoint.

Her dress transitioned into a flowing satin skirt with beautiful draped detailing at the waist. The length, hitting just above the ankle, feels sophisticated and modern. Plus, the back slit offered a subtle peek at her legs, adding another layer of intrigue to the overall look.

Matching with Sparkling Gold Jimmy Choo Rosie Sandals

Jodie Comer’s stunning Vivienne Westwood gown is a showstopper on its own, but her choice of footwear truly elevated the entire look to another level.

The shoes she picked are the perfect finishing touch, echoing the vibrancy of the dress while adding a touch of glamour all their own.

She slipped her feet into a pair of gold Jimmy Choo Rosie sandals, and I thought this choice was spot-on. Emily Blunt recently wore them in April. These high heels are on sale at Mytheresa and Farfetch.

The rich gold color beautifully mirrored the gown’s deep burgundy and the metallic sheen infused undeniable luxury.

I love the delicate details on the sandals. Crafted from soft leather in Italy, the shoes feature a delicate strappy fastening at the ankle with a buckle, which I find both elegant and functional.

The open toe added a touch of summery flair, while the twisted knot accent above the toes offered a delightful texture and visual interest.

And let’s not forget the height! The towering 120 mm stiletto heel gave Jodie some serious leg-lengthening power, further elongating her silhouette and giving a sophisticated touch.

A Touch of Sparkle and Effortless Glamour for Perfect Finishing Touches

I appreciate that Jodie Comer chose to keep her accessories minimal, allowing her dress and sandals to stand out.

She opted out of a necklace, which I think is a wise choice – it kept the focus on the gown’s plunging neckline and avoided any visual clutter.

However, Jodie did add a tiny pair of sparkling earrings, just a hint of extra twinkle that perfectly complemented the sandals’ metallic effect.

I love the way her entire glam look came together. The makeup was pure Hollywood glamour, featuring a sleek smokey eye that gave her a sultry look, paired with a pale rouge lip and pink blush to accentuate her cheekbones.

Jodie completed her striking look for her hair by sweeping her blonde locks into an updo, leaving several strands down to frame her face. She sported a messy bun, which, for me, gave her overall appearance a relaxed yet chic vibe.

Jodie Comer and Austin Butler: A Dapper Duo on the Red Carpet

Austin Butler takes the lead in the highly anticipated film The Bikeriders, portraying the main character, Benny. Jodie Comer joins him on screen as his girlfriend, Kathy.

Judging by their interactions on the red carpet, their on-screen chemistry translates perfectly to real life! The pair were seen posing for photos together and couldn’t contain their laughter as they chatted animatedly. Despite Jodie Comer standing at 5ft 7 ¾ (172.1 cm) and wearing high heels, Austin Butler still appears taller next to her at 6ft 0 (182.9 cm).

For his part, 32-year-old American actor Austin Butler looked every bit the leading man for the occasion, exuding effortless style in a Celine Homme pinstripe suit.

The charcoal grey blazer, paired with perfectly coordinated trousers and a matching waistcoat, created a sharp and sophisticated silhouette.

A crisp white striped collared shirt offered classic elegance, while the playful polka dot black tie injected a hint of personality into the ensemble.

To complete his look, his blonde hair was artfully styled with a touch of gel, achieving a tousled look that was both stylish and casual.

A Look Into The Bikeriders: A Tale of Rebellion and Loyalty

Set in the late 1960s, The Bikeriders captures a rebellious era in America marked by cultural and societal changes.

According to the synopsis, after a chance encounter at a local bar, the strong-willed Kathy (portrayed by Jodie Comer) finds herself irresistibly drawn to Benny (played by Austin Butler), the newest recruit of a fictional Midwestern motorcycle club in Chicago known as The Vandals. The club is led by the enigmatic Johnny, portrayed by Tom Hardy.

This action-drama follows the turbulent rise of The Vandals as the club evolves, mirroring the changing nation around it. Initially a gathering place for local outsiders, the club gradually transforms into a dangerous underworld of violence.

Benny conflicts with the gang’s leader, Johnny, as the group begins to engage in criminal activities. This forces Benny to choose between his love for Kathy and his loyalty to the club.

The star-studded cast also includes notable actors such as Norman Reedus and Michael Shannon. Jeff Nichols’ latest feature is inspired by Danny Lyon’s 1967 photobook, which focused on the Chicago-based motorcycle club Outlaws MC.

Originally slated for release in theaters on December 1 last year, the film’s debut was delayed due to the SAG-AFTRA strike. Focus Features is now scheduled to release The Bikeriders on June 21.
