Sarah Jessica Parker stepped out on the red carpet at the 2019 GLAAD Media Awards on Saturday night at the Hilton Midtown in New York City.
She was there to support her friend Andy Cohen, an American radio and television talk show, who received the Vito Russo Award. The award is presented to an openly LGBTQ media professional who has made a significant difference in accelerating LGBTQ acceptance.

“Andy Cohen is a force in the entertainment industry who consistently prioritizes and celebrates LGBTQ stories,” said GLAAD President and CEO Sarah Kate Ellis. “Both on-screen and behind-the-scenes, Andy’s trademark brand of LGBTQ advocacy has resulted in some of the buzziest and entertaining culture changing moments.”
Sarah Jessica Parker’s printed dress featuring puff sleeves and a sizable train
The 54-year-old American actress, producer, and designer donned a colorful printed gown from the Elie Saab Fall 2019 Collection and accessorized with a statement necklace and silklike flowers in her hair.
Unfortunately, her shoes could not be seen due to the length of her dress, but we wish she had worn the Lucille bow-embellished pumps from her own shoe brand.
You can buy them at Zappos and Amazon in blue, black, moonstone, candy, and rose.
