“Missing friends, working, traveling, and especially Paris – so this couldn’t come at a better time,” Jill Tavelman’s daughter reacted to the announcement on her Instagram.
“I’m so grateful for the lifelong friendships I made working on this show and am incredibly proud of what we all created. Cannot wait for you guys to finally see it!…”
In August 2013, Lily Collins had already been on our fashion radar for a long time. We first noticed her when she went glam in Paula Ke at the Costume Designers Guild Awards. Six months later, and the young actress was still surprising us with her red carpet looks.
At the Canadian premiere of The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, Lily Collins looked ethereal in a white lace dress by Houghton. The dress was a lacy number that looked demure in front with a surprising sexy detail: a cutout back.

Below is a nice lace dress with a sexy back we found at Shopbop:

Lily Collins doesn’t just do pretty and feminine; she can do directional fashion as well.
For an event at the G-Star Raw Store, Lily Collins wore a top and a skirt by Roland Mouret. Her look was anything but boring.
We don’t have better photos of the actress at the event, but you can see from the ones we have that she had on a gorgeous top with origami folding and a beautiful skirt.

Lily’s outfit isn’t available online yet, but you can buy Roland Mouret dresses, tops, and skirts available at Farfetch.
The day before the G-Star Raw event, Lily was at the premiere of The Mortal Instruments at the ArcLight Cinemas wearing a dress by Cushnie et Ochs.

It wasn’t our favorite look on the actress, but she still looked really good. The dress she wore is only for the brave; it’s difficult to pull off cutout dresses after all.
If you’re not as brave as Lily, Cushnie et Ochs also makes cutout dresses that are less revealing. Check out the dusty pink dress below.
