Summer may already been upon the residents of Los Angeles, but for the rest of the world? It’s a little different. Lily Collins may have underestimated the London cold as she flew out to promote her latest film, “Rules Don’t Apply.”
Lily was spotted kicking off a full day of interviews outside of ITV Studios in London looking like she could have used a bit more fabric, and a few more layers.

Lily wore a barely-there sheer dress by Altuzarra, which featured floral embellishments all over a wrap dress held together by a trendy leather waist belt. Outside, the actress took the liberty of covering up underneath a “Matrix”-inspired patent trench coat.
The actress finished her look with the black version of the infamous Jimmy Choo “Laurita” platform sandals.

Don’t get us wrong, we think Lily’s dress was absolutely gorgeous… but we don’t think it was the ideal piece of clothing to be walking around London in during this time of year.
Ironically, Lily plays a Baptist beauty queen who is aspiring to be a Hollywood actress in “Rules Don’t Apply.” During the tour, Lily talked about the plot of the movie, as well as what it was like to work with Warren Beatty.
