So when we saw Rumer Willis rocking a pair of super-low jeans at her recent gig at the Sayers Club in Hollywood, we felt like we were back in the early and mid-naughts when the style was all the rage.

Rumer topped her look with a cropped halter, making her already-low jeans look even lower. Sensible leather loafers downplayed the sexiness of her outfit, and her newly cut and dyed blond bob was left unstyled.
