It’s no secret that the ladies of Hollywood are clamoring for a place in Taylor Swift’s friendship lineup.
But, there’s one bad gal who wants nothing to do with the girl squad: Rihanna.
Rihanna promotes a new sneaker collaboration with Puma on Instagram
The “Bitch Better Have My Money” singer said in an interview with NME that she wouldn’t appear with Taylor on stage if she was asked.
“I just don’t think it makes sense,” she explained. “I don’t think our brands are the same; I don’t think they match. I don’t think our audiences are the same. In my mind, she’s a role model, I’m not.”
Judging from their shoe picks alone, we’d have to. agree. Taylor’s penchant for pretty-girl oxfords and sparkly heels definitely clashes with RiRi’s taste for dangerous stilettos and sick kicks.
And, speaking of shoes — the Barbadian singer/songwriter just dropped a new sneaker collaboration with Puma. The Creeper by Rihanna is a retro sporty shoe, but with Rihanna’s signature sexy-punk elements added in.
Check out her styling — with a backward cap, a trainer jacket, and a sports bra:

We first spotted Rihanna wearing her Puma Creepers during a May shopping trip in New York City.
At the time, we thought they were a custom-made pair for Rihanna. But now, we’re glad to see this is a collab that the rest of the world can get in on.
