While we can’t deny that Kristen Stewart looked perfectly stunning in her sheer nude Zuhair Murad gown at the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 premiere in LA the other day, two other young celebrities called out to us with their smoky eyes and sheer black dresses – Teresa Palmer and Julianne Hough. No, they didn’t wear the same dress, but they did wear the same look.
Teresa was practically unrecognizable in her short and super sheer, almost-nothing paneled dress.

It was beaded enough to cover just the right places, and she wore it with an equally dazzling pair of glittered black heels. Smoky eyes and nude lips added drama to her style.

Julianne, on the other hand, didn’t show as much skin in her black gown.

However, the dress had the same see-through bodice detail, and it was also just as beaded. Smoky eyes and poofy hair finished her look:

Now, here’s the question: who do you think looks hotter? Better yet, whose dress looks better? Or do you think both failed in the ‘looking good’ department? Which is it?
Somehow, we can’t decide, so we’re letting you decide. You see, we find Teresa’s belly button quite distracting.
And while Julianne looks good at first glance, a strapless bandeau instead of just a normal bra underneath that sheer gown would have made a huge difference. So what do you think? Which star nailed it in smoky eyes and a sheer LBD at the premiere, Teresa or Julianne?
On a side note, if you plan to pull the sheer black look this holiday season, do it with this pretty Kathy Hilton tiered mesh dress from Nordstrom. Finish it with smoky eye makeup and gorgeous heels:
