In November 2013, pop star Ke$ha attended the 2013 American Music Awards in a high-slit Michael Costello dress, most likely sans underwear.

Ke$ha’s strappy Giuseppe Zanotti sandals perfectly complemented her high-slit gown. She paired the black dress with wavy-strap-embellished black sandals by the Italian footwear designer.
