Attracting an impressive guest list each year, the Victoria and Albert Museum Annual Summer Party is one of the most anticipated summer events in London’s social scene. This year was especially noteworthy as the museum celebrated the opening of Naomi: In Fashion, the museum’s first major exhibition dedicated to a supermodel.
It pays tribute to Naomi Campbell’s 40-year career, which started when she was scouted at 15 while window shopping at Covent Garden. She has since made history as the first black woman to feature on the covers of Time, French Vogue, and Russian Vogue. In addition, she joins Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington, Claudia Schiffer, Kate Moss, and Cindy Crawford as the only six models from the 1990s to be recognized as supermodels.

Of course, Naomi Campbell was present at the event. As the evening’s honored guest, I’m glad she lived up to the hype—unsurprising, as she usually slays the red carpet—in her all-white outfit from BOSS, this year’s event and exhibit sponsor.
Naomi Campbell Shines in White BOSS Plunging Dress
Naomi, one of the world’s richest models, looks stunning in anything, but this white dress is easily one of my favorites. Although some of you may disagree and think this is underwhelming for the event held in her honor, I adore how it highlights her flawless skin and accentuates her toned figure—which is impressive considering she’s 54.
Making her presence felt, Naomi wore a floor-sweeping halter-neck dress inspired by the silhouettes from BOSS’ 2001 debut womenswear collection. Reimagining BOSS’ tailoring heritage, the bespoke dress features a seductive open back and a plunging lapel neckline dipped to her navel.

A risk-taker when it comes to fashion, Naomi went braless and confidently showed off her cleavage. The dress also includes a tonal waistband that enhances her slim figure before flowing into a provocative wrap-style skirt with a dangerous center slit that goes all the way to her thighs.
“Wearing BOSS for tonight’s exhibition opening was the obvious choice for me. It represents modern luxury and bold self-expression. I’ve been part of the BOSS family for quite a while now, and I always enjoy working closely with the incredibly talented Marco Falcioni and the entire design team,” Campbell told Elle UK of her look.
“The exhibition is a retrospective which required me to dig deep into my own personal archives, so naturally, I was inspired in a similar way for this custom BOSS look for tonight. Plus, BOSS has a timeless style, a dedication to excellence and it celebrates strong, independent women — it aligns beautifully with my own vision and style,” she added.

Styling with Opulent Bulgari Serpenti Jewelry
Law Roach, the stylist behind Zendaya’s iconic looks, put together Naomi’s ensemble, which, I believe, was befitting for the queen that she is.
Although one Bulgari Serpenti necklace would have sufficed for me, Naomi layered two around her neck, amplifying the look’s drama and elegance. They are made of 18k white gold and encrusted with full pavé diamonds.
She adorned her well-groomed hands with statement Bulgari diamond rings and wore multilayered Serpenti bangles on each wrist. I appreciate her choice of classic diamond stud earrings, ensuring the ensemble wasn’t overwhelmed by excessive accessories.
Naomi always delivers in terms of glam. Her brunette hair was sleek and straight, cascading down her back, and her striking features were accentuated with metallic eyeshadow and two-tone plum lip gloss. I would have appreciated it more if she had removed her retro, white-framed sunglasses.

Naomi Campbell Pairs White Dress with White Pumps
Although Noami looks gorgeous in her white dress, I’m not impressed with her choice of shoes. Her dress goes beautifully with the white peep-toe d’Orsay pumps, but they seem too small for the model’s size 9 feet. The way her toes are curled up in the pumps pains me.

Eiza Gonzalez Is Gorgeous in Plunging Off-White Dress
Like Naomi Campbell, Eiza Gonzalez radiated sensual elegance in an off-white BOSS dress. She looked flirty in the halter-neck dress with a draped bodice and a plunging neckline.
The back part is designed with a T-strap and breezy cutaway sides, showcasing her gorgeously toned back. I particularly like the dress’s carefree but sensual look and how the column skirt counterbalances the alluring bodice.

Interestingly, Gonzalez decided against wearing any jewelry and just accessorized the outfit with metallic silver open-toe sandals, instantly boosting her already impressive 5’8” height.
Francesca Abrahamovitch applied barely-there makeup to Eiza’s stunning features, allowing her inherent beauty to take center stage.
Her hair, styled in voluminous, messy waves that cascaded down her shoulders, added to the sensual vibe of the look.
