The America’s Got Talent is set to return to television for season 19 on May 28. Aside from the new set of performers vying for the $1 million grand prize and a headlining show on the Las Vegas Strip, what excites me most about the competition are the amazing outfits the judges will wear.

I particularly look forward to seeing what Heidi Klum will serve this time, considering how she consistently delivers glamorous and cutting-edge looks behind the judges’ table. She always stands out with her unique pairings, and her recent appearances outside the AGT studios for the Season 19 auditions make me even more excited to see what she’ll put on next.

Edgy in Leather Mini Skirt and Thigh-High Boots

Arriving on Tuesday’s AGT taping in Pasadena, California, Klum looked extra stylish, teaming her leather mini skirt with thigh-high boots.

Highlighting her model physique, the 50-year-old supermodel wore a black tank top with a scoop neck and tucked it into a maroon textured leather mini skirt by Stine Goya, a Copenhagen-based label adored by celebrities and fashion enthusiasts for its bold and playful prints and charming cuts.

I love Klum’s mini skirt’s interesting wrinkled texture, which echoes the Danish brand’s aesthetic. It has seam accents that add to its allure, a side zip for easy wear, and a flirty A-line silhouette with a thigh-skimming hem.

The mini skirt has a matching oversized jacket with the same wrinkled texture. I hoped to see Heidi wear the whole outfit, but unfortunately, she carried the jacket.

I particularly like how Klum paired the mini skirt with thigh-high boots. She kept her insured legs under wraps in the black boots, but the fitted second-skin silhouette drew attention to them, creating a perfect transitional ensemble.

These boots feature knit uppers with topstitching and sharply pointed toes, enhancing the flirty vibe of the look. They’re finished with cylindrical heels that added several inches to Klum’s already impressive 5’9” stature.

I appreciate Klum’s choice to keep the look cohesive. She carried a large, black leather Gucci “Jackie 1961” shoulder bag featuring the iconic crescent silhouette redesigned with oversized dimensions, 17in x 15in x 2.8in. The adjustable shoulder straps, palladium-toned hardware, and piston closure complete this timeless purse.

Adding a dash of glimmer to the edgy ensemble, Leni Olum Klum’s mom fastened a pair of large gold studs to her ears and adorned her wrist with a dainty gold bracelet. For a sleek finish, she hid her eyes behind rectangular black sunglasses.

Her bright pink lipstick and turquoise nails brought a splash of color to the ensemble.

Chic in Monochromatic Gray Co-ords

Wearing a monochromatic ensemble can sometimes be boring, in my opinion, but it can also look incredibly chic with the appropriate styling and, well, confidence. Take a cue from Heidi Klum when spicing up a monotone outfit.

During her most recent appearance on the AGT set on Wednesday, I was amazed at how Klum successfully pulled off a monochromatic look—and in neutral gray!

The Sunglasses at Night singer looked effortlessly chic in a gray polka-dot co-ord consisting of an oversized long-sleeved shirt French-tucked into a pair of wide-leg trousers.

In case you didn’t know, French tucking, coined by Queer Eye host Tan France, is a styling method in which only the front part of an oversized shirt or tee is tucked, and the back part is left untucked.

The Art of Monochromatic Dressing

When wearing a monochromatic outfit, I suggest adhering to a single color palette and adding depth or texture to accessories to break up the monotony.

I like how Klum paired her cool gray polka-dot co-ord with a warm gray handbag. In addition, she wore mirror metallic silver heels, which went well with her shirt’s buttons and mirrored sunglasses. She also added a selection of chunky silver rings and a pair of statement earrings for extra sparkle.
